Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate Zoning Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Real Estate Zoning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     *POSITION SUMMARY
    This role is responsible for representing the organization in a professional manner, building rapport by providing information, giving recommendations, and communicating with the highest level of integrity. The Sales Agent will be responsible for performing licensed real estate duties in order to help clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate and accomplish their personal, professional, and financial goals that align with the organization’s goals at the same time.

    PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

    • Consults with clients to understand their real estate needs
    • Gathers, provides, and explains details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and similar information
    • Assists selling clients with pricing based on current market values
    • Assists selling clients with staging properties for sale; hosts open houses and other promotional events
    • Arranges professional photography of properties for sale, highlighting appropriate features and attributes
    • Assists buying clients with identifying properties that meet their needs based on location, size, price, amenities, and other characteristics
    • Shows properties to clients, answering (or finding answers to) questions about the property
    • Assists clients (buying and selling) with the offer process, negotiating offers and counteroffers with the other party's agents
    • Ensures that terms, conditions and timelines of purchase agreements such as loans, home inspections, appraisals and other inspections are met per the sales contract
    • Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and on time; corrects any errors or omissions
    • Coordinates activities required for property closing including document signing and fund disbursement
    • Maintains current knowledge of the housing market, anticipated developments, school performance, and other matters of client interest and concern
    • Develops and maintains positive relationships with escrow officers, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may be referred

    • Valid real estate license OR the ability to obtain a real estate license
    • Prior sales experience is a plus

    • Frequently sitting or standing for extended periods of time
    • Frequently Working in an office setting utilizing technology such as computer and phone as well as out in the field working with clients
    • Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs
