Real Estate Zoning Manager manages the administration and acquisition for network site development in real estate field. Oversees zoning real estate operations, including leasing, purchasing, and sale of property as well as compliance with zoning regulations. Being a Real Estate Zoning Manager coordinate with the governmental agencies for utilities and development standards in regard to specific sites within a community. Requires a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of all equipment and systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and installation projects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, utilizing schematics, electrical knowledge, and HVAC expertise
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or improve equipment performance
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability when needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC systems, and industrial maintenance practices
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices
