We are looking for skilled outside sales professionals who are passionate about helping people and enjoy working within the senior placement and real estate industries.

This position is responsible for building relationships within the elder adult communities, elder service providers, and the public to secure clients for our valuable programs designed to make the client's transitions smooth. The Senior Placement Specialist then works with the client and their families along with our senior living advisors to guide them through the entire process from initial consultation to touring facilities, and ultimately moving into a senior living community, or to a smaller house or condo.

• Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and housing providers for referrals and signed contracts
• Generate lead opportunities to present USPs and company services to get contracts signed with housing providers, healthcare providers, customers, and vendors
• Manage the sales process. Guide families through their search process all the way to moving in including follow-up with families
• Monitor vendors, housing providers, and other allies’ performance and customer service experience to maintain the company’s reputation and referral sources
• Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
• Consistently exceed monthly sales quota for your profitability and growth
• Prepare and conduct needs and financial assessments for new customers
• Setting up and scheduling facility tours for customers
• Creating and Implementing community outreach events to gain brand awareness and referrals

• History of exceeding sales quota

• Documented history of success in positioning and selling solutions in a quota-carrying environment
• Demonstrated ability to assess family situations and quickly develop solutions based on family needs
• Documented history of ability to develop and maintain good working relationships in a multi-stakeholder relationship
• Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment
• Willingness to quickly come up to speed on the senior living industry
• High attention to detail and documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams, and willing to learn other web-based tools

• A current real estate license or the ability/willingness to get one in the future
