Duties:
Here at Impact Capital Real Estate we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented disposition agent to join our team. As a disposition agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships with active buyers looking to buy investment properties

- Conducting market research to identify opportunities
- Analyzing property data, and market trends to assess property values
- Assisting in the preparation of financial models and investment proposals
- Collaborating with the sales team to evaluate potential dispositions
- Assisting in the due diligence process for potential real estate transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with local real estate market conditions and regulations

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Must be a self starter

- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, documentation, and data entry
- Negotiation skills to facilitate real estate transactions
- Sales skills to promote properties and negotiate deals

- Must be actively looking to get your Real Estate license now or within the next 6 months
