Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Real Estate and Relocation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Description
Champions School of Real Estate is seeking experience real estate professionals with an instructional background to teach real estate courses at our Austin, TX campus location. This position requires the instructor to lecture and review the required course curriculum with students. The instructor will help to build knowledge and assess the overall class performance through homework and exams.
Qualifications
- 5 years of real estate experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching or instruction (required)
- Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills
