Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. We are seeking individuals that are interested in joining our operations crew, part-time, full-time and seasonal positions are available.
Responsibilities include:
-Cleaning properties -including interior offices and exterior grounds, janitorial in vacant and occupied buildings
-Trash pick-up (All Weather) and disposal
-Performing tasks to assist with material recycling, like brick restoration and storage of recycled building materials
- Basic Landscaping duties like weeding, grass mowing and mulching
-Snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, salting
-Sweeping and organization of warehouses
-Basic maintenance and upkeep of properties
We’ll need you to have the following capabilities:
Working Environment and Physical Demands:
Position requires heavy lifting (over 50 pounds), standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, climbing, crawling, kneeling, reaching, pulling, pushing, carrying, climbing ladders and working at heights or in cramped or restrictive work chambers; dexterity of hands and fingers to operate equipment, hand and power tools, seeing to observe needed repair and driving from site to site to conduct work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an outdoor environment and subject to adverse weather conditions. Ability to tolerate changes in weather and be ability to complete tasks inside and outside is required.
