    **Responsibilities:**
    -Assist the agent with paperwork that helps guide clients through the home buying or selling process with care, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service (does not include activities that a real estate license is required to perform)
    - Support the agent in all aspects of client interactions, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and coordinating meetings.
    - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and precision, demonstrating the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities.
    - Make executive decisions aligned with the vision and values of the agent, reflecting professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction.
    - Serve as the face of the top producing agent, embodying the brand values and maintaining a positive and welcoming demeanor in all client interactions.
    - Demonstrate flexibility and adeptness in multitasking, seamlessly transitioning between various tasks and ensuring each task is completed to 100% satisfaction.
    - Provide support to the team as needed, including organizing team meetings, arranging guest speakers, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team success.
