We are hiring an insurance Service Rep!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support role for Insurance Producers, confirm changes to client, follow-up for receipt of endorsements, verify their accuracy and deliver to the client with appropriate correspondence.

• Participate in basic client services such as issuing Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Coverage, and Auto ID Cards.

• Process various documents such as policy audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to attain personal lines insurance license

• Willingness to further professional development through insurance course

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• We are willing to train

• Competency with Internet, Microsoft office, and other insurance technology knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
