    Responsibilities:

    • Technology Integration: Collaborate with the Programs and Agent Experience team to assess, implement, and maintain technological solutions that streamline real estate operations and enhance agent productivity.
    • Program Development: Research, develop, and implement programs aimed at improving efficiency, communication, and overall agent experience within the organization.
    • Training and Support: Provide training and support to real estate agents on the effective use of technology platforms, tools, and programs to optimize their performance.
    • Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving technical issues and providing timely support to ensure uninterrupted workflow for real estate agents.
    • Data Management: Oversee the organization and management of real estate data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement.
    • Vendor Management: Liaise with technology vendors and service providers to troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of software and systems.
    • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate and information technology to recommend strategic improvements and innovations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in a technology-related role, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Strong understanding of real estate operations and workflows.
    • Proficiency in software applications such as CRM systems, MLS platforms, and Google-based programs and communications platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
    • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
