Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Essential Functions
    • Execute the vision, strategy, roadmap and implementation of performance indicators and supporting metrics and trends for system solutions and corresponding applications.
    • Own and lead overall development activities, including system integration solutions and data warehousing / reporting.
    • Continually assess the impact of emerging enterprise technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the leadership team in a consultative capacity.
    • Manage 3rd-party service provider contract in support of company technologies.
    • Ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing company applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical and quality standards, guidance, and reference architectures.
    • Support proposal generation, when requested.
    • Plan, schedule, execute, and manage projects as assigned.
    • Regular and predictable attendance.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in information systems management, computer science, engineering, or related field required; a combination of education and experience may also be considered.
    • 10-15 years minimum progressive experience supporting an enterprise IT environment required.
    • Strong software knowledge and foundation, including SQL DB, Java development, Agile SDLC, HTTPS knowledge and DevOps or Jira experience.
    • Prior systems transformation experience strongly desired.
    • Strong project management experience required, PMP certification a plus.
    • P&C insurance background required, commercial lines experience a plus.
    • Experience managing 3rd-party service providers.
    • Ability to present and work closely with business leaders on roadmap and strategy.
