The successful real estate agent will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing a portfolio of existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients and properties
• Negotiate and close deals
• Write and explain contracts and paperwork to clients
• Maintain current knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid PA Real Estate Salesperson License (Required)
• Current member of National, Pennsylvania, & Lancaster County Real Estate Associations (Required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency or willing to learn real estate software and technology
