Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Real Estate and Relocation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities
Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered.
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process.
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster.
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction.
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants basing on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.Qualifications
Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
Present yourself in a professional manner.Real Estate License
