Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Real Estate and Relocation Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Responsibilities:- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
- 1 year of prior experience in the real estate industry
- Has a real estate license
