Real Estate and Relocation Director directs and oversees a health care facility's real estate activities, including land/building acquisitions, leasing, and site location. Oversees the negotiation process for all transactions. Being a Real Estate and Relocation Director evaluates properties to ensure organizational needs are met. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Real Estate and Relocation Director typically reports to top management. The Real Estate and Relocation Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Examples of Real Estate Agent responsibilities

Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts
Organize and oversee open houses
Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying process
Represent landlords who own multiple properties and need to keep a consistent occupation rate
Attend closing dates and provide support for clientsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $138,990.00 per year
