We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Compensation:
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete
- Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
- Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary
- Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
- Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork
- Strong follow-up skills and be comfortable with the routine.

The ability to work with facts and contractual information, cooperate, and work independently.Creative and have an eye for Branding Marketing.

Handle/receive the agents' schedule and keep your agent on task and on time.

Prepare all packages including pre-listing, listing, and other file folders.

Maintain files in a neat and orderly fashion.

Maintain business supply inventory.

Monitor weekly, monthly and yearly goals.

Update and maintain all clients’ records.

Responsible for all data entry and reports.

Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Run errands as needed. A valid license and reliable transportation is a must.

Maintain social media marketing, command marketing and other marketing materials.

Assist the agent in lead generating.
Qualifications:-
Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Great written and verbal skills
- Background in real estate is required for this position
- Weekend and evening availability
- Real estate license preferred
- Experience in business, real estate, management, secretary or administration; OR, a degree in one of the above criteria’s.
