Draft anchor and junior anchor leases, subleases, waivers, restrictions, and collateral documents such as guaranty, recognition and non-disturbance agreements and estoppels. Manage internal and external deal processes and drive continuous improvements and scalability in deal processes and execution. Plan and coordinate due diligence reviews. Advise Sr. Management on legal risks and recommend practical plans for managing those risks. Liaise with other attorneys, outside counsel, government and municipal officials and internal departments. **You Come With** JD from ABA accredited law school 5 years of experiencein negotiating and documenting shopping center leases. Emphasis on anchor and junior anchor retail leasing and familiarity with a variety of other types of real estate transactions.
