Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with order entry and maintain inventory records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
