You can expect to earn $16.00 - $17.00/hour. OUR IDEAL RECEPTIONIST

This is an entry-level position. Customer service experience would be preferred but isn't required.

YOUR IMPACT

You work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you are responsible for leaving a positive first impression on our guests. You greet visitors as they call or visit the office and assist them with whatever they need. Diligently, you direct visitors and callers to the appropriate department, schedule appointments, and answer questions. You keep our front desk area clean and perform various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents. You strive to provide the best customer service possible while keeping visitor information private and confidential.
