Being a Receptionist performs administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, receiving and sending mail and packages. Responds to internal and external inquiries. Additionally, Receptionist may provide back up for clerical projects or route phone calls. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Receptionist works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. As a result, you have an opportunity to make a strong, professional impression on every customer you come in contact with in a way that reflects not only upon the dealership but upon the entire brand. Your role is to welcome customers to the dealership, Introduce them to the Salesperson who can assist with their needs, and monitor the flow of customer traffic in the showroom and on the lot.
