Receptionist - We are looking to hire a full time Receptionist with every other weekend and a part time receptionist evenings  with every other weekend.

The Receptionist is an integral part the care team that helps change the lives of our patients and residents each day. As a receptionist you are responsible for providing a full range of tasks in an interdisciplinary environment including:

• Operate phone systems to answer, screen and forward calls
• Greet persons entering the facility, determine the nature of the visit and direct accordingly
• Prepare letters, memos, minutes, notices etc. 
• Prepares and ships mail
• Keeps office area clean
