Full-time receptionist/secretary for local fuel company

We are looking for an energetic self-motived person who is eager to learn and work hard. Candidate must be willing to learn new computer software programs and follow specific procedures. Knowledge of basic heating needs in the north country is a plus.

40 hour work week

Monday – Friday

8:00 am – 5:00 pm (8 hours a day/ varies with the seasons)

Duties

Answering multiple phone lines and handling or directing accordingly

Receive orders and input information into customer accounts

Handle cash, make change and balance a drawer, basic cleaning

Negotiable hourly wage: $17.00- $19.00 per hour.
