    Daily Responsibilities of a Bilingual Medical Records Clerk:

    • Submit Subpoenas records timely
    • Obtain all hospital records and schedule hospital follow ups
    • Discuss orders and answer any questions patient may have before leaving the office.
    • Will greet & check in patients. 
    • Scheduling within an EMR
    Requirements for this position:
    • Must be able to speak English and Spanish proficiently.
    • Have at least 2-3 years in a medical office setting with medical terminology.
    • Have customer service skills
    • Have Electronic Medical Records Experience & Computer Savvy - ECW ( EHR ) experience is a plus
    • Have experience in scheduling appointments in Intergy system or any computer system / Quick learner in computer system 
    • Have experience in eligibility and verifying insurance, schedule appointments & Diagnostic Testing

    Hours for this position:
    • Clinic is open M-F 8am to 8pm. Will work 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-8pm 1 day a week
