Summary:
Responsible for various medical records tasks including record organization, record
accuracy/completeness, scanning, filing, training and record auditing. Collaborates with staff,
insurance companies, attorneys and other individuals regarding records issues.
Essential Responsibilities and Target Outcomes:
Program Managers and staff, client record management and audits, accreditors and license bodies –
record review/management and compliance issues.
Critical Work Relationships:
Same as principal customers.
