Your role:
In your role as a Flight Records Clerk, you will provide flight records support using both CAFRS and paper forms (759s) for military, army civilians and contractors. You will track required training for flight crewmembers and non-crewmembers and generate reports for training, aircraft currency, qualifications, schooling, and other flight related information as required. Track and input FAA medical as well as military flight physicals. Perform duties as unit schools coordinator for military and army civilian personnel using ATRRS system. Coordinate other schools and courses through various different entities, such as dunker training, altitude chamber qualifications, parachute/ejection seat training etc.

Minimum requirements for this position:
- Graduate of Army Flight Operations Specialist course (93P/15P)
- At least 2 years of experience with Centralized Aviation Flight Records System (CAFRS)
- Experience using the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of software.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship is required for all applicants)
