Position Summary:
Ensures that every medical record document is properly prepared and scanned into Powerchart, the electronic medical record system. Is responsible for making sure documents are scanned to correct medical record number, placeholder and date and time. Scanning is completed on patient floors, units and in the department.
Position Qualification:
High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
