The Records Services Specialist provides high quality customer service for the general public, representatives of private firms and government agencies. Answers questions and process applications for areas of assignment including land records, birth and death certificates, passports, marriage licenses and certificates, and other documents, including review of identification and legal documents. This position analyzes, records, and maintains a comprehensive digital and written archive for the Recorders Office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Administrative Assistant or related field and one to two years of experience in a real estate office, county office, attorney office, real estate or title company office or equivalent. OR High school graduate, G.E.D or foreign education equivalent to a U.S High School Diploma and three or four years of experience in a real estate office, county office, attorney office, real estate or title company office or equivalent. |
HIRING RANGE / UNION: $23.49 - $24.62 Per hour / GU Unit – Grade 7
HOURS: Normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Hours are full-time, 40 hours per week.
