Records Manager develops and manages the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Manager evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Ensures that processes and policies that comply with all regulatory requirements for record retention are followed. Additionally, Records Manager designs and implements systems and processes to protect and secure critical records and information. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Records Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Description: Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for accurately delivering and collecting customer information regardless of media type (boxes, files, totes, etc.). Additionally, this position while operating company vehicles will use the utmost care and discretion by adhering to federal and state transportation laws and any related company policies. We are looking for someone to service local hospitals and other clients in the Central KY area.

    Duties, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    Candidate must be able and willing to:

    • Consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
    • Carry a cell phone to be in constant communication with facility home base.
    • Accept change in directions understanding customer needs may change.
    • Meet department productivity and quality standards.
    • Move records from one location to another utilizing all company security measures.
    • Stay organized.
    • Give attention to detail.
    • Work in a team environment and as an individual contributor.
    • Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
    • Move around as required by job needs.
    • Follow all company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
    • Work overtime hours as needed.
    • Follow all other duties as assigned by Supervisor, or Operations Manager.
    • Operate a 16' box truck on a daily basis.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and clean background check. 1 year experience driving a box truck or van.
