Records Manager develops and manages the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Manager evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Ensures that processes and policies that comply with all regulatory requirements for record retention are followed. Additionally, Records Manager designs and implements systems and processes to protect and secure critical records and information. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Records Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00


    Responsibilities:

    • Interacts with clients using various communication methods; determines client needs and provides updates throughout scanning project.
    • Defines project parameters and recommends processes according to project scope.
    • Manages test scans and quality checking project deliverables; verifies project completion according to project scope.
    • Handles special preparation and requests as needed.
    • Prepares project numbers and submits billing information.
    • Partners with Project Managers to improve internal processes.
    • Other related duties, as assigned.

    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
    • Accurate and proficient typing.
    • Ability to stand for sit or extended periods of time.
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times.


    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
    • Basic computer knowledge (e.g., Adobe, Excel).
    • Must pass a background check.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
