Records Manager develops and manages the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Manager evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Ensures that processes and policies that comply with all regulatory requirements for record retention are followed. Additionally, Records Manager designs and implements systems and processes to protect and secure critical records and information. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Records Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Project Manager:
    We are looking for committed and driven individuals who can contribute to a fast moving company while strengthening their skills in latest technologies. The environment is collaborative and highly dynamic and fun.

    We are looking for a project manager with experience in the healthcare industry, working with Electronic Health Record, Practice Management and Billing solutions. Preference for experience within the medical office, public health, and/or behavioral health environments. In this role you will be leading projects that encompass all phases of project management and rollout; requirements gathering, implementation planning, and training r& delivery. This includes project kickoff, scheduling, coordination of resources, change management, working directly with customers and third-party vendors for status updates, and account management for all implementation services. We are looking for self motivated, energetic individuals with a positive attitude who can collaborate with customers, take ownership, and deliver results.

    Project Manager Responsibilities

    Successfully manage relationships as liaison with client and all stakeholders

    Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors (if applicable) for the seamless execution of projects

    Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within all defined contractual terms

    Collect and analyze project specific requirements

    Develop detailed project plan, monitor and track progress to ensure timely payments

    Ensure resource availability and allocation

    Manage changes to the project scope, milestones, timeline, and provide updates

    Collaborate with development team to prioritize and deliver customer specific features

    Report and escalate to management as appropriate

    Establish and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party vendors

    Create and maintain detailed project documentation

    Work closely with other team members and cross departmentally

    Skills and Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of healthcare, or computer science

    3-5 years of experience as project manager, or equivalent role with EHR or Practice Management products

    Clinical and/or healthcare industry experience (from ambulatory setting or from EHR/Healthcare IT projects)

    Experience leading IT, clinical IT, or Healthcare IT projects

    Understanding of clinical workflow

    Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

    Preference for experience using MS Project

    PMP Certification or equivalent experience preferred
