Records Supervisor supervises a team working in the company records department and information management programs. Responsible for overseeing the storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all records. Being a Records Supervisor evaluates and recommends media formats and storage requirements to be used for records/information. Provides training and guidance to end users. Additionally, Records Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Records Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     POSITION SUMMARY:
    Maintain residents' medical records in accordance with Community policies as well as state and federal regulations. Handle and maintain patient medical records with confidentiality, accuracy, and respect at all times. Ensure that all medical information is filed correctly and up-to-date for the member’s continuity of care./ And also Central Supplies

    Education & Qualifications:
    • High school graduate or equivalent is required.
    • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
    • Must possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and Community staff in the performance of duties.
    • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
    • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
    • Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
