We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Records Processor. As a Records Processor, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and maintaining our company's records and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will be responsible for organizing, storing, and retrieving electronic records, as well as maintaining proper filing systems. Additionally, you will be required to review and verify information for accuracy and completeness, and update records as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and electronic records 
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness 
• Update records as necessary 
• Ensure that records are stored and filed in accordance with company policies and procedures 
• Retrieve and distribute records as requested 
• Assist with the implementation of new record management systems or processes 
• Provide support to other departments regarding record management practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
  
• Proficient in using record management software 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
