    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying:

    Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) maintaining physical records in accordance with records management policies; (2) auditing records for accuracy and completeness; (3) converting paper records to electronic format to include indexing and importing electronic files; (4) scanning work to provide administrative support and electronic reproduction services to facilitate the work of others.

    Physical Demands: Work is primarily sedentary in an office setting, with infrequent periods of walking and bending. The employee may be required to drive a government vehicle to offices and travel by commercial transportation to attend meetings.
