Time Status 40 hour FTE
TS Range: 6/7 ($22.46)

SUMMARY: This position will work closely with the Tu Ha’ Buts Youth Center Director to coordinate operations of the Community Kitchen, Pool and Fitness Center. Within this role the facilities coordinator will ensure that complete maintenance, custodial and event support duties related to the Kitchen, Pool and Fitness Center are completed. This position will require a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends. A high level of organization and customer service will be required for this position. This position will require the flexing of hours including on weekends and late nights in order to be available during events scheduled in the kitchen and other locations. This position must be able to work with a variety of personalities and temperaments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Use exceptional customer service skills when working with the community and have an eye for detail and thoroughness.
· Provide procurement, budget, expenditures and other office support to the Tu Ha’ Buts Youth Center.
· Maintain accurate records and regular data input.
· Collaborate with other departments.
· Ensure cleaning and restocking of buildings, equipment and spaces. Promote health and safety and reduce the spread of infection and by following cleaning check lists. This includes the fitness center, pool and Community Kitchen but other areas may be assigned.
· Coordinate kitchen rentals, including deposits, rental paperwork, payments, walk-throughs, interdepartmental coordination, etc.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure kitchen equipment is in working order, coordinating repairs, maintenance or replacement as needed.
· Coordinate pool maintenance as needed in collaboration with other departments, ordering supplies and parts, maintaining maintenance and supply contracts as needed.
· Oversee staffing and scheduling of pool operations in cooperation with the Aquatics/Fitness Center Lead.
· Coordinate pool and fitness center cleaning schedules and supplies.
· Performs additional Tu Ha’ Buts Youth Center support, incuding after school and summer program and special events as needed with the rest of the Tu Ha’ Buts Youth Center Team.
· Willing and able to remain flexible regarding assigned duties and grow with the needs of the department.
· Other duties as may be assigned

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's
and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished
in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a current Washington State Driver’s License. Must get Food Handler’s Certification, CPR and Blood Born Pathogens within 30 days of hire. Must complete a Pool Operator’s Certification course within 6 months of hire.
