Giant Recreation World is a Family Owned Business with three locations in Florida. We have been in business since 1976.

We are currently seeking to add a high energy, optimistic, respectful,Experienced RV Sales Manager with a desire to succeed. The Sales Manager is responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the market, sales training and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data as well as strong customer relations skills. Previous experience, 3 years, in the RV Industry is REQUIRED.

Job Duties:

· Articulates RV selection, attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, and dealership policies/services.

· Negotiate sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion

· Completes all sales documentation in a comprehensive and accurate manner

· Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of RV and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.

· Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all units, accessories, financing options and promotions

· Manages all assigned staff and monitors performance; as well as mentoring, evaluating, scheduling, training and holding all accountable.

· Work hand in hand with all supporting departments and follow the lead of the Corporate Sales and Finance Director.

Qualifications:

· 3 years Management Experience in the RV Sales and Finance Industry

· Neat, clean and professional appearance

· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customer, vendors and staff

· Highly ambitious and looking to grow within a fast-paced environment

· High level of commitment and willingness to learn

· Experience in supervising and managing staff

· Deal structuring knowledge

Compensation:

Salary plus commission.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
