Recreation Coordinator (Intramurals) jobs in Petaluma, CA

Adventure Recreation Birthday Party Lead and Host: (Currently have 2 positions avaiable for 18 years key turning position)

Duties:
- Set-up and clean-up of all party areas/Gyms
- Ensure the safety of all guests
- Interact with guests and ensure they have a memorable experience
- Coordinate and facilitate various party activities and games, such as obstacle courses or tumbling stations.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth party operations

Skills:
-Likes to work with Children
- Strong public speaking skills to engage and entertain guests
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive experience for guests
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Conflict management skills to handle any guest disputes or issues professionally
