We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recreation Coordinator. As a Recreation Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising recreational programs for individuals. Duties:

- Supervise and manage recreational programs for individuals

- Develop and implement program activities that promote socialization, physical fitness, and personal growth

- Collaborate with the community to address the specific needs of program participants

- Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Maintain accurate records of program attendance, progress, and outcomes

- Foster positive relationships with program participants, their families, and community partners

- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Skills:

- Strong program management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute recreational activities

- Knowledge of social work principles and practices to effectively support individuals.

- Excellent administrative skills to handle program logistics, budgeting, and record keeping

- Experience working with individuals with youth and adult sports and special events preferred

- Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with diverse populations

- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during program implementation

- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
