- Supervise and manage recreational programs for individuals

- Maintain accurate records of program attendance, progress, and outcomes

Skills:
- Strong program management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute recreational activities
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices to effectively support individuals.
- Excellent administrative skills to handle program logistics, budgeting, and record keeping
- Experience working with individuals with youth and adult sports and special events preferred
- Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with diverse populations
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during program implementation
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
