Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding students in various gymnastics techniques and routines. Your role will involve providing a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and develop their skills. Responsibilities:
- Instruct and lead gymnastics classes for students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop lesson plans and create engaging activities to enhance student learning
- Teach proper techniques, form, and safety measures to ensure student progress and to prevent injuries
- Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by enforcing gym rules and regulations
- Maintain open communication with parents and/or guardians

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Some Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety protocols
- Ability to effectively educate and motivate students of all ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards coaching
- Ability to manage behavior effectively and implement behavior management strategies when necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
