Prepares reports for patients' physicians describing individual patient symptoms and reactions to therapeutic programs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. This is a paid position, and we offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement gymnastics training programs for individuals and groups
- Instruct gymnasts on proper techniques, form, and safety measures
- Create engaging and challenging lesson plans to enhance gymnasts' skills
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help gymnasts improve their performance
- Monitor and evaluate gymnasts' progress and adjust training accordingly
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all gymnasts
- Demonstrate proper spotting techniques to ensure the safety of gymnasts during training
- Collaborate with other coaches to plan and coordinate team practices and competitions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance needs
Skills:
- Experience in cheerleading, martial arts, or related disciplines is a plus
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively handle different personalities and maintain discipline during training sessions
- Experience working with children or students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Ability to climb, lift, and move equipment as needed
- Knowledge of physical education principles and techniques
- Childcare experience is beneficial
