Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments and assist in daily office operations. Knowledge about general aviation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office management duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
