Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for Evolve Therapy Services in Madison, NJ. Come join and LEAD an AMAZING IN-HOUSE team!
Shift/hours: FULL-TIME Salary position
DOR Duties Include: DOR will work as part of the Therapy Team (directing physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology and any support staff) and will report to the facility administrator and the regional director of therapy operations.
· Attend all necessary meetings.
· Chart auditing to ensure compliance.
· Lead weekly rehab meetings with team to ensure optimal care.
· Competent knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations to meet the needs of residents.
· Complies with all facility rules and regulations.
· Maintain an infection control and HIPAA compliant environment.
· Lead in risk management
· Fiscal management of therapy operations
· Complete daily therapists’ schedules accurately with the ability to utilize different modes of treatment.
· Astute knowledge of PDPM and long-term care planning
· Lead utilization review meeting and weekly PDPM meeting
· Willing to be hands on with patients as needed.
· Problem solver, critical thinker
· Knowledge of EMR used.
· Comfortable with assisting with MDS
· Good communication skilled

· Invested in good patient outcomes.
· Interview and orient new staff and perform annual reviews.

DOR Requirements Include:
A graduate of an accredited PT, OT, COTA, or PTA Program
Current NJ State PT, OT, PTA, or COTA license
Experience in long-term-care settings preferred.
Experience in leadership preferred.
