- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, FBAs, staff management, BCBA ethic, etc.
- Extensive experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, data collection.
We are looking for a Clinical Director for our facility with extensive experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide behavioral consultation services to our clients. In addition to leading a group of RBTs and other BCBAs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, as well as a commitment to helping them reach their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.
