We also push into Evolve School of Learning and provide community therapy as well to increase generalization once clients are ready. We are looking for a Clinical Director to lead our BCBAs and RBTs to facilitating quality ABA in our dynamic environment.

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Director Experience preferred.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, FBAs, staff management, BCBA ethic, etc.
- Extensive experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, data collection.

We are looking for a Clinical Director for our facility with extensive experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide behavioral consultation services to our clients. In addition to leading a group of RBTs and other BCBAs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, as well as a commitment to helping them reach their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities for Clinical Director (BCBA):

• Develop and implement behavior-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans.
• Collect data and analyze results to evaluate progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Provide training and supervision to staff, family members, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
• Develop individualized behavior support plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
