Job Description: This individual must:

• Have at minimum six months professional caregiver experience
• Be local to the Beaumont and surrounding areas.
• Have reliable transportation w/ Auto Insurance w/ the candidates name on the policy
• Have a current Texas Driver's License
• Go out into community to recruit caregivers
• Make weekly mentoring phone calls
• Focus on caregiver retention
• Schedule interviews
• Be patient with other staff, clients and families on the phone
• Follow proper phone etiquette
• Staff client cases as openings arise
• Work shift in client’s home if caregivers or care leaders are unable to fill shift
• Attend meetings at our office to get updates on caregivers/clients

This person would need to be available every other week as follows:
FIRST AND THIRD WEEK OF THE MONTH

Hours: Every Other Week
Monday 2p-6p in office; 6:00pm to 8:00am at home
Tuesday 2p-6p in office; 6:00pm to 8:00am at home
Wednesday 2p-6p in office; 6:00pm to 8:00am at home
Thursday 2p-6p in office; 6:00pm to 8:00am at home
Friday will be 2p-6p in office; 6:00pm Friday evening to 8:00am Monday morning
Pay:
$30 per day during the week
$85 per day on the weekend

SECOND AND FOURTH WEEK OF THE MONTH

Hours: Every Other Week
Monday 4:00pm to 8:00am at home
Tuesday 4:00pm to 8:00am at home
Wednesday 4:00pm to 8:00am at home
Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00am at home
Friday will be 4:00pm Friday evening to 8:00am Monday morning
Pay:
$30 per day during the week
$85 per day on the weekend

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
