Job Summary
I am in need of an LPN to do some case opens and 60 day assessments for a home health care business. This could evolve into more work in the future as the business grows. Responsibilities would include: Tracking and conducting 60 day compliance visits with current clients. As well as open new non-skilled home health care cases.
Qualifications and Skills
A current LPN license in good standing within the state of Ohio, home care experience is a strong plus.
