Description
Job Duties/Knowledge
- Actively searches for potential new employees, all disciplines that private duty covers.
- Places ads on the internet and any other source Diamond sees fit.
- Researches resumes at online employment search sites.
- Reviews resumes sent to agency.
- Contacts potential applicants. Screens applicants for meeting basic qualifications required for employment into the agency based on discipline/position applying for. Set-up interview appointments. Inform applicants of copies of documents/credentials they need to bring to the interview appointment. Sending DocuSign application packets electronically.
- Conducting new employee orientation to collect remaining paperwork and documentation and to reflect policies, procedures, and expectations of the employee and their work performance.
- Process new applicant paperwork.
- Performs employee background checks.
- Set-up new employee file.
- Enter employee information and credentialing information into the scheduling system for tracking purposes.
- Creating their identification badge.
- Covering shifts in the field if there are any call-offs or open shifts once all resources have been exhausted.
- Taking on-call periodically, a week at a time, which includes taking the on-call phone home and handling any issues while the office is closed.

Qualifications
- Has obtained a High School diploma or equivalency test.
- Has strong computer skills/knowledge base.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and E-mail.
- Have strong communication / people skills.
- Well organized and self motivated.
- Human resource and/or recruitment experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: MUST be willing to travel to Plymouth M-F as we are working in the office.
Must be willing and able to cover shifts out in the field as a caregiver.
Must be willing to do on-call, (take on-call phone home, $25/day weekdays 75/day weekends)
Must be computer literate as you will do most of your job on the computer.
