JOB DESCRIPTION
Our real estate company is growing at a fast pace. We are looking for hungry individuals to add to our Retail Team as well as our Investment Team. Elite Home Advisors gives new team members the tools they need to be highly successful through training and tracking KPIs. We are looking to hire a recruiter with a positive attitude that mirrors the high energy culture. Our ideal candidate has strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated, highly organized and is excellent at time management. Having a background in Real Estate Sales is a plus but not a requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites
-Use dialing system to call potential candidates (min of 30 contacts per day with potential hires)
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Conduct Interviews / Shadow with potential candidates in Team Morning Huddle
-Onboard new team members in order to become fully integrated
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Management Team
-Point of contact and training for new hires for the first 90 days
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
-Familiar with Online posting tools
-Time Management and Organization skills is a must
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
-Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system to build and maintain a pipeline
-Proven work experience as a Recruiter &/or Background in Real Estate Sales
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (In person 1 on 1, In person group, Zoom)
