Pay and Benefits:  

Salary of $50,000 -55,000 - depending on experience.

We are a family-owned business providing quality care throughout New Jersey for 19 years.  We provide personal care via Certified Home Health Aides and Registered Nurses who enable our clients to age in place in the comfort of their homes.  We are an A   Better Business Bureau accredited agency. 

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift 9am-5pm
• Monday to Friday in person only, not remote

Skills Required:

• A degree in business, human resources, communications or a similar field of study
• Previous office experience
• Staffing/Scheduling experience is a must
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be positive and fit in the company culture of being a team player

Job Description:

• Complete phone script for incoming applicants over the telephone
• Send application and book in-person interview
• Follow up and assist applicants through the entire process
• Call and text to prompt application completion and offer support or assistance
• Collect and verify mandatory documents for licensure and personal identification
• Assist newly hired caregivers in completing online applications and onboarding
• Complete HR interview and orientation
• Explain policies and procedures to each new hire - home health aide
• Work with Registered Nurses to gather necessary medical documents
• Work with HR team to implement, execute, and manage recruitment strategies
• Schedule home health aides in appropriate shifts based on matching criteria
• Communicate schedules with clients and families
• Fill last-minute shifts and call-outs for clients in this territory
• Answer telephones and general office duties, as needed
