We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, providing personal care, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.

- Provide assistance with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

```Skills:```
- Experience in homecare or similar healthcare settings is preferred
- Ability to accurately document medical information and maintain confidentiality
- Strong caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and attentiveness
