Recruiter - Home Care jobs in Schenectady, NY

We are seeking a high energy, personable Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will be crucial in adding staff to both our office and in the field for both Nurisng and Therapy clinicians. This role is an In-Office position M-F in Amsterdam, NY.

Compensation: $60k annually

What you will do:

• Responsible for monitoring our ATS system
• Screen qualified candidates for all open positions
• Work closely with hiring managers to find out needs for each department
• Inform candidates of the position and answer any questions that arise
• Set up interviews with hiring managers and qualified candidates
• Negotiate salary with candidates and hiring managers
• Update and create job postings for agency
• Responsible for running weekly Recruiting reports

Ideal Candidate

• Atleast 1 year of Recruiting or Sales Experience
• High enery individual
• Personable, enjoys interacting with people
