The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for strategizing, coordinating, implementing, and reporting on the Company’s Recruiting and Hiring efforts. Key areas of responsibility are managing the entire hiring, onboarding, and orientation process. Placing ads for open positions, interviewing candidates, and managing the candidate recruitment workflow. The Recruiter will coordinate with Leadership, Operations, and Human Resources teams to ensure all open positions are identified and proper recruitment is in place to fulfill all talent requisitions.
